Two centuries of experience
The De Sanctis Organic Farm is a place where nature embraces tradition.
Located in the verdant countryside of the Castelli Romani, our company enjoys a spectacular wine-growing panorama, despite being just a few kilometers from Rome.
We cultivate our vineyards with love and passion, following organic farming methods and our family's artisanal traditions. The evocative setting preserves the unspoiled beauty of the volcanic soils, near the ancient Lake Regillo.
The mild climate, due to the proximity to the Tyrrhenian Sea, allows us to grow native grape varieties of fine quality: from Malvasia del Lazio to Trebbiano Toscano, from Bombino to Malvasia di Candia, including the innovative Cabernet Franc and the irreplaceable Frascati wine.
Our area is in fact known for the origin of the DOCG variety of Frascati wine.
We enhance our territory through high-quality production, following the principles of organic farming.

The importance of sustainable agriculture
What does organic mean?
We believe in the principles of organic farming, choosing to enhance our land and respect the nature that surrounds us. Growing our Frascati wine using organic cultivation and production techniques means respecting the natural cycle of each plant. Growing organically means not using synthetic pesticides or fertilizers in the vineyard. It also means limiting the use of sulfites during winemaking in the cellar, avoiding chemical additives and adding only certified winemaking products.

Choosing an organic Frascati wine means tasting a product of excellent quality, made with respect for the natural world around us. Buying an organic product means believing in an environmental ethic that aims to ensure respect for the soil, its fertility, and its biodiversity. Organic products are pesticide-free, harmless, and contribute to combating the climate crisis.
How do you recognize an organic product?
Recognizing an organic product is simple: it must bear the Eurfoglia symbol, mandatory for all packaged organic foods in Europe. This is the European organic logo, which may be accompanied by the code of the authorized inspection body.
