Two Centuries of Experience
The De Sanctis Organic Estate is a place where nature meets tradition.
Located in the lush countryside of the Castelli Romani, our estate enjoys a breathtaking winemaking landscape, just a few kilometers from Rome.
We cultivate our vineyards with love and passion, following organic farming methods and artisanal family traditions. The scenic setting preserves the untouched beauty of volcanic soils near the ancient Lake Regillo.
The mild climate, thanks to the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea, allows us to grow high-quality native grape varieties: from Malvasia del Lazio to Trebbiano Toscano, from Bombino to Malvasia di Candia, as well as the innovative Cabernet Franc and the irreplaceable Frascati wine.
Our region is renowned for the D.O.C.G. variety of Frascati wine.
We enhance our territory through premium production, always following the principles of organic farming.

The Importance of Sustainable Farming
What does organic mean?
We believe in the principles of organic agriculture, choosing to enhance our land and respect the surrounding nature. Cultivating our Frascati wine using organic techniques means honoring each plant’s natural cycle. Organic farming avoids synthetic chemical pesticides and fertilizers in the vineyard. It also means limiting sulfite use during vinification, avoiding chemical additives, and using only certified oenological products.
Why buy organic?
Choosing an organic Frascati wine means enjoying a product of excellent quality, made with respect for the environment. Buying organic means supporting an environmental ethic that values soil health, fertility, and biodiversity. Organic products are free from pesticides, are safe for the body, and help fight the climate crisis.
How do you recognize an organic product?
It’s easy to identify organic products: they must display the Euro-leaf symbol, which is mandatory for all packaged organic foods in Europe. This is the official EU organic logo, often accompanied by the code of the authorized control body.
